Wedding Concept
Every wedding begins with an idea, the moment when emotion and vision start to take shape. This is the stage where a couple’s story begins to unfold. We describe it as “the process of crafting the storyline, mood, and aesthetic that will guide every detail of your wedding day.”
It all starts with listening. We take time to understand how the couple met, what inspires them, and the atmosphere they envision for their celebration. Each detail they share becomes part of the creative puzzle, helping the wedding designer to capture their essence and turn it into a concept that feels effortless, elegant and personal. Our Creative Director has a unique talent for helping couples express their identity. Through careful observation and deep listening, she notices small details, the way you speak, the stories you tell about your home, and the places that hold meaning for you. From these subtle clues, she creates a mix of textures, forms, and colors that honestly reflect your personalities. Each design becomes not just a vision, but a living expression of your love story.
One of the projects we fell in love with was for a couple who loved Opera. They wanted to create their own version of an Opera without tragedy, just love, color, and joy. The result was vibrant, full of emotion and deeply personal. “When they were at the Castle, sneaking from the window and calling me to say ‘we love you,’ it meant the world to me,” Federica recalls. “They wanted to write their own Opera and I think we did it incredibly well.”
The Design
Once the concept is set, design brings it to life. This is where ideas become real and emotions take shape. From the first sketches to the final setup, we carefully plan every detail, floral arrangements, decor, lighting, and the overall feel of the space, to reflect the couple’s story. Each decision is made with care. As Federica says, “A wedding shouldn’t just look beautiful, but feel profoundly you.” Design is not just the look of the wedding, but the feeling it leaves behind.
Tablescaping
Even if tablescaping is part of the design, this particular aspect of your wedding deserves special attention! The table decorations are not only about arranging flowers or choosing china; it’s the moment during your wedding day when your guests experience not just with their eyes but also with their tactile and smell (flowers, candles, food, wine...). It takes a great experience to balance the comfort of your guests with textures, lights, and flowers, but when it's well arranged, the table becomes a canvas that tells your story and personality, a reflection of your love, turned into a beautiful painting.
