We require adequate time to design, coordinate, and secure the ideal setting for your moment. Because we craft fully bespoke, high-end experiences with strict venue selection, we recommend contacting us at least 2 to 3 months in advance (even earlier for peak seasons or holiday proposals) to ensure flawless execution

We can organize proposals in various breathtaking regions across Italy, however, outside of Tuscany, we cannot accept proposal requests during peak wedding season (May through mid-October). During these months, our team's schedule is entirely dedicated to exclusive weddings. Proposals outside Tuscany are warmly welcomed from late October through April.

Because we have exclusive access to private estates, historic properties, and hidden venues across Tuscany, involving us early allows us to recommend and secure accommodations that feature the exact private backdrop you envision for your proposal.

No. We are full-service luxury event designers and planners, not a-la-carte photography agencies. Our service includes complete end-to-end management—from custom conceptual design, scouting private locations, and coordination to full vendor curation (photographers, musicians, florists, private transfers) on the day.
